Solution Sales Experience

Below are a few examples of payment products I sold or managed the team selling during my time leading the Transcard sales team both in the UK and USA:

The application delivered a specific dollar value to the pharmacies or providers on behalf of the patients, lowering costs and streamlining the administration and delivery.

-          Rebate Administration to Patients: Patients were paid directly for certain rebates through direct deposit to their bank account or instant payments, like Mastercard Send, to their debit card. In both instances, funds were delivered in seconds. Patients had a better customer experience, and unclaimed rebates and escheatment were eliminated.

-          Accounts Payable: Companies could move away from costly check disbursements and optimize payables through our accounts payable solution that supported multiple payment types, provided direct ERP integration, and improved working capital.

-          Accounts Receivables: Third-party administrators could receive invoice payments, commissions, and claims through our accounts receivable solution. Customers had a simple, easy-to-use online experience to review their bills and make timely payments.

-          Security Deposit Refunds: Tenants could quickly and securely receive their security deposits through a self-service portal after reviewing documents, submitting digital signatures, and selecting their payment preference from either a direct deposit or Instant Payment, like Mastercard Send, streamlining the process for all.

-          Claims Payouts: Policyholders could quickly receive responsive service and payment on their claims after a loss occurred. From a single platform, insurance providers could incorporate important documents, approvals, payment processing, and multiple settlement options.

-          Expense Management: Companies could eliminate overspending and internal misuse with spend management cards that provided an effective way to manage discretionary business expenses.

-          Special Purpose Gift Cards: Large hotels and malls could distribute special-purpose, on-property gift cards that could only be used at a limited number of designated locations, lowering costs and increasing sales.

-          Emergency Funding Cards: Rescue workers and policyholders could have access to essential services in the event of a catastrophic event, emergency rescue, or weather damage through our emergency funding cards. Cards could easily be loaded and activated for people who needed them.

-          Payroll & 1099 Payments: Contract and gig workers could be paid instantly through payroll and 1099 payments to reloadable debit cards, and funds were available for use immediately. Documents, like pay stubs, could be attached directly to the payment.

-          Gift & Incentive Cards: Workforces could become more engaged, and employee retention increased through incentive programs and on-the-spot bonuses that used financial gift or incentive cards to reward achievement and travel cards programs for holidays and other special occasions, employee rewards programs, and vacation travel.

-          Co-Pay Debit Cards: Patients could receive co-pay debit cards to assist with some or all of the co-payment amounts for pharmaceutical prescriptions. Diversity

In an uncertain world, where nobody can accurately predict what will happen in the markets, constructing a wide parenthesis of thinking and values through a diverse team will increase your preparedness. By bringing on to your team people who are trained to be comfortable with uncertainty and who have the skills to quickly make sense of it, you will have a significant advantage. The military trains people to lead by example as well as through direction, delegation, motivation, and inspiration. Veterans understand the practical ways to manage behaviours for results, even in the most trying circumstances.

I believe that I embody this diversity a veteran brings to an organization
